New feature addition in PropCo Enterprise

Our highly qualified software developers continuously work hard in upgrading our web based software PropCo Enterprise.
PropCo Enterprise provides a powerful document management system which removes the need to keep paper copies of external incoming documents, such as: invoices, certificates, letters EPC’s etc which are easily stored and retrieved.
Recently we have added the feature of uploads to My Deposits in PropCo’s Document Management. This is an alternative to TDS and is very user friendly. Technically it is superior as it uses a SOAP interface which allows two way data exchange and consequently automatic filing in PropCo’s Document Management System and hence, a significant efficiency improvement.
This new feature is currently being used by one of UK’s leading letting agents and our client Countrywide Residential Lettings.
