PropCo® Sales version makes managing the chain very easy:

Dynamically builds the chain based on the relationship between different parties
Buyers with a property to sell are added down the chain, vendors which also happen to be buying a property are added up the chain
Properties sold through other agents (external) can be added to the chain just as easily as properties sold by the agent using the system

With PropCo Sales, it’s really straightforward to add new offers against a property and see the offer history at a glance:

Automatically calculates how the offer compares to the asking price
